Our competitive program has a track record of success reaching back 30 years.  Our long history has allowed us to evolve a system of developing our athletes both physically and mentally in preparation for becoming the best soccer players possible.  This preparation is supplemented in our older athletes with additional guidance and preparation targeted at maximizing opportunities to attend college, achieve scholarships and play at higher levels.  

In the Sereno Way, we put a plan in place for every component of the game at every age group: technical, tactical, mental and physical.  We use our PEAK program to distinguish the focus areas that are used in developing players at every age level: U-7 through U-18.
